Blown Film Extrusion Line-Plastic Extrusion Machinery
Welcome to Blown-Film-Extrusion-Line.info a descriptive Blog website for all kinds and related matter to Plastics, Extrusion and Machinery. Plastics which forms a major constituant of our daily needs is prepared from chemicals and related through the extrusion process through various types of machineries. Plastic Extrusion Machinery helps producing/shaping plastic products by forcing or pushing it through a die. The die then used in this are custom made and are employed in this machine to get the result of our choices. The plastic extrusion machinery is used for lamination, procude sheets, films or bags etc. Moreover, dies are used to get the desired results. Blown Film Extrusion (Film Blowing) Plastic melt is extruded through an annular slit die, usually vertically, to form a thin walled tube. Air is introduced via a hole in the center of the die to blow up the tube like a balloon. Mounted on top of the die, a high-speed air ring blows onto the bubble to stabilize the bubble and cool it. This allows manufacturers to run at higher rates without loosing bubble stability. On higher output lines, the air inside the bubble is also exchanged. This is known as IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling). The site covers a brief quick in hand information about all related matter to the Plastics Extrusion Machinery and Blown Film Extrusion Line in particular including definitions, various types of machinery, processes of extrusion, Applications, Major manufacturers, Sourcing destinations and target countries of use, Advantages and Disadvantages. There are various types of Blown film extrusion lines like monolayer, multilayer, high speed Blown film extrusion lines etc. A quick menu guide on the left side enables you to go directly to the descriptive link of that particular topic. Feel free to blog into any topic through the blog link. |
